Is Suite Pet insured and bonded?
Yes we are insured and bonded. As a client, certificates of proof will be provided and updates will be maintained in the Member Area.
Who do you employ?
A significant portion of our Care Providers are veterinary technicians and university students. Some are established local pet sitters that help out from time to time. All are screened and trained to standards.
What's a service board?
We'll create a personal and private area, a Service Board, which will house all your pet's details. We'll also be able to communicate in this area, so you can request services, receive our awesome visit updates, and even share with family and friends. All available on any device, mobile (android & ios) or PC at no additional cost.
What's gps monitoring and tracking?
Our office monitors, in real time, all visits provided by our care providers. We're also able to track the specific route taken during walk and the amount of time spent with pet. Most of these details are provided in updates.
What happens to my key?
Keys are stored in office and only made available to Care Providers on a per visit basis. Duplicates are maintained, one for use, and one for back up in office. For an annual premium of $10, Key Concierge Service is made available for clients that choose to keep key on file. Should you find yourself locked out or in need of key from 8am-8pm, Key Concierge Service will make key available at no additional cost.
how do i pay?
On-line payments are available and will be due as late as 7 days after the last day of service. After first service, a discount is made available for all off-line payments made prior to the start of services. Check out the Member Area for more details.
How do i access the member area?
Access invitation will be sent at the completion of the first service. In Members Area you will find additional info, discounted services, and news from Suite Pet.
